In 1975 Nathalie Gente-Pont created a restaurant in her old family home in Volnay, between Beaune and Meursault. In its two dining rooms, typical of Burgundy's style, Nathalie serves regional specialities for you to enjoy: escargots, jambon persillé, the world-famous eggs meurette, coq à la lie de vin, and more, accompanied by a superb wine list featuring mainly wines from Volnay's wine-growers.
The dishes that have made this restaurant's reputation are prepared with care by the head chef solely from top-quality fresh ingredients, with the aim of always offering you an authentic cuisine. You can enjoy our menu indoors or on our terrace - whether alone, with a friend, or in a group!
In 2013, Nathalie Gente-Pont opened her wine boutique. Adjoining, but separate from, the restaurant, it is a place to discover wines from wine-growers, mainly Volnay's local producers.
